APPLICABLE LAW, JURISDICTION

This Privacy Policy shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and  the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any claim, legal proceeding, or litigation related to the Services shall be subject to the exclusive  jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Province of Quebec, Canada.

The fact that any term of this Privacy Policy is declared void, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable  by a court of competent jurisdiction shall not affect the remaining provisions hereof.

This Privacy Policy, together with any other policies or legal notices posted on the Site from time  to time, constitutes the entire agreement between the Company and you with respect to the use  of the Services.
